The leader and Shaundi escapes from the jet, while Gat attempts to hold back the enemies, and is presumably killed. The gang leader rejects his offer, which leads to a gunfight. While in flight, Loren tells them that they will be allowed to live if they give up two thirds of the Saints' revenue made in Stilwater. They are then taken to the Syndicate's leader, Phillipe Loren, to try to negotiate business. An international crime organization, called the Syndicate, bribes the police and gets the Saints' leader, Gat, and Shaundi released.

However, when a fellow actor, Josh Birk, attempts to "research" his role for the Saints movie, they rob a bank and get caught. They have since became an icon and own their own energy drink, a large fan base, and a movie deal in motion. I can't wait to give it a play myself. As they have defeated all their rivals in Stilwater in the end of Saints Row 2, the Saints turned their street gang into a media empire soon after merging with the Ultor Corporation. While I wasn't encouraging the downloading and playing of the stolen Battlefront leak, Volition has released this to the public themselves so that it can be played and archived as part of their most successful series.

However, if you are either lucky or wealthy enough to own a developer's kit it should run like a dream. Reports are showing that modded PSP 2000's capable of running ISOs aren't handling it too well though. Well, at least as fine as a prototype build of a game can run. So far the ISO has been tested on the PPSSPP emulator and seems to run just fine. This isn't a release build by any stretch of the imagination, and much like the leaked build of Star Wars Battlefront III we posted last week, playing it will take a bit of work. Volition, being the cool dudes that they are, have released a playable ISO of their previously unreleased PSP game, Saints Row: Undercover. This likely happened well before the buyout, but it makes me sad that it never saw the light of day.

Somewhere along the way an entry in the Saints Row franchise fell by the wayside. So when THQ was announcing their closure, I was very happy to hear Volition was getting picked up by Deep Silver. The series combines all of my favorite things: open world exploration, character customization, unique weapons, and humor. Saints Row 2 was one of the first games I ever actually logged multiple hundreds of hours into. I have been madly in love with Volition's Saints Row series since the second installment.
